CHOOSING LANGUAGES
How should I choose the source language?
Choose the language that is actually being spoken in the audio, not the language of the website or the country where the video was published. If a video switches between languages, select the one used most often and expect lower accuracy during other-language segments.
Choose the target language you are most comfortable reading. Proper names, specialist terms, dialects, code-switching, background music, and overlapping voices can affect both transcription and translation.
A USEFUL DISTINCTION
Are translation languages the same as interface languages?
No. The interface language controls the labels and instructions you see in the Any Voice app. The source and target language selectors control the live subtitle translation. A language can be available for translation even when the full app interface is not localized into that language.
