Privacy Policy

This policy explains what Any Voice processes when you use real-time translated subtitles.

Last updated: July 13, 2026

What we process

When you start a translation session, audio from the browser tab you choose is streamed to our service and our translation provider so translated text can be returned in real time. We also process account identifiers, purchased and consumed translation time, payment status, connection state, error codes, and aggregate usage metrics needed to operate the service.

What we do not store by default

We do not persist raw tab audio, video frames, page URLs, page titles, video names, or subtitle text by default. Temporary data may remain in memory only for as long as necessary to provide the active session.

Account and payment data

Authentication is provided through Supabase. Payments are processed by the third-party merchant of record or payment provider identified at checkout. We do not receive or store your full card number. These providers process information under their own privacy terms.

Operational logs

Privacy-safe logs may include an anonymous session ID, status, error code, connection timing, processed audio duration or byte count, translation event count, token usage, and remaining prepaid time. Logs are used for security, reliability, billing reconciliation, and abuse prevention.

Retention and security

We retain account, payment, credit, and audit records for as long as needed to provide the service, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, and prevent fraud. We use access controls, encrypted transport, restricted credentials, and encrypted backups to protect service data.

Your choices

You can stop sharing at any time, pause translation to stop sending audio, or contact us to request access to or deletion of eligible personal data. Some transaction and security records may need to be retained where required by law.
