The service
Any Voice provides automated, real-time translated subtitles for audio from a browser tab selected by the user. Translation is generated by machine-learning systems and may contain errors, omissions, delays, or inappropriate wording. Do not rely on it for emergency, legal, medical, safety-critical, or other high-stakes decisions.
Accounts
You must provide a valid email address and keep access to your account secure. You are responsible for activity performed through your account. Each person should use their own account and must not attempt to bypass usage limits or operate duplicate sessions to avoid charges.
Prepaid translation time
Translation time is purchased as a one-time digital credit and does not expire while the service remains available. Usage is measured by the backend from audio accepted for processing. Paused time is not charged. Balances cannot be transferred between accounts or redeemed for cash.
Acceptable use
You may only process content you are authorized to access. You must not use Any Voice to violate law, intellectual-property rights, privacy rights, platform rules, or security controls; interfere with the service; automate abusive traffic; reverse engineer protected systems; or resell access without written permission.
Availability and changes
We work to keep Any Voice available but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. Browser capabilities, networks, translation providers, and third-party services may affect availability and quality. We may change, suspend, or discontinue features when reasonably necessary, with notice where practical.
Payments and refunds
Payments may be processed by the third-party merchant of record or payment provider identified at checkout. That provider handles payment processing, applicable indirect taxes, receipts, and invoices under its buyer terms. Any Voice remains responsible for delivering the purchased service. Refund eligibility is described in our Refund Policy and may also be governed by mandatory consumer law.
Limitation
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Any Voice is provided “as is.” We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages arising from use of automated translations. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded.
