Requesting a refund
Contact [email protected] within 14 days of purchase. Include the account email, purchase date, and a short explanation. Never send card details by email.
Unused purchases
We generally approve a refund when the purchased translation time has not been used and the request is made within 14 days, subject to applicable law and the requirements of the payment provider identified at checkout.
Partially used purchases
If some translation time has been consumed, we review the request based on usage, service failures, duplicate charges, and applicable consumer rights. Partial usage does not remove any non-waivable legal rights.
Service failures
If a verified Any Voice or upstream failure consumed credit without delivering translation, we may restore the affected credit or provide a refund. Normal translation variation, browser limitations, unsupported audio capture, or poor source audio do not automatically qualify.
Processing
We respond to support requests within three business days. Approved refunds are processed through the payment provider identified on the purchase receipt and returned to the original payment method. Banks and payment providers may require additional time before funds appear.
Chargebacks and abuse
Please contact us before opening a payment dispute so we can investigate. Fraudulent use, repeated refund abuse, or chargebacks may result in temporary account restrictions while the transaction is reviewed.
