Do I need a credit card for the free trial?

No. A new account receives one 10-minute trial after signing in. A payment method is only needed if you decide to buy more time.

Does purchased time expire?

Purchased translation time does not expire while the Any Voice service remains available. It stays attached to your account until it is used, refunded, disputed, or otherwise adjusted under the terms.

Am I charged while paused?

No. Pausing stops sending tab audio and ends the current translation session, so translation time is not consumed during the pause.

Can I request a refund?

Contact support within 14 days of purchase. Unused purchases are generally eligible, subject to applicable law and the payment provider's requirements. Partially used purchases are reviewed individually.
